Black Onyx

Black Onyx is a banded variety of chalcedony known for its solid, glossy black finish and heavy, grounding feel in the hand. Traditionally worn for strength and self-control, it's often reached for during stressful periods or big decisions, and some also associate it with protection from draining company. Unlike softer stones, onyx tends to be cut into rings, cufflinks and bold statement jewellery meant for daily wear. Its dark, uniform colour makes it easy to pair with almost any outfit.
